as an alternative to the established logistics players, with a focus on flexibility, precision and service.

The first Nordic customer
joins and TWS establishes its first line-haul between Central Europe and Scandinavia.

TWS receives its GDP licence
and establishes its first line-haul for pharmaceutical distribution.

Pioneer Capital
a Norwegian investment company, acquires 60 percent of the company to enable continued growth.

TWS acquires Riksdistribution AB
New terminals open in Malmö and Arlandastad.

A new management team is announced
Thomas Tscherning (Chairman/interim CEO), Micael Hammarström (COO), Andreas Fredriksson (Operations) and Philip Börjesson (CFO).
Sustainability
Environment
We are ISO 14001-certified and actively work to reduce our environmental impact. All our vehicles are Euro 6 and we are gradually switching to electric and HVO. We also invest in more efficient route planning to reduce unnecessary mileage and emissions.
People
Our employees are our most important asset. We follow collective agreements, invest in ongoing training and want to create a work environment where people can develop and make their voice heard. We also collaborate with upper-secondary schools to give young people a pathway into working life.
Quality
We are ISO 9001-certified and work systematically on quality throughout the entire business. From booking and planning to transport and delivery we continuously measure, document and improve our processes.
